Billing & Pricing

This page summarizes public pricing, taxes, and billing behavior. Prices are configured in the application configuration and shown in CAD.

Public Plans

  • Free — Free tier for initial exploration.
  • Basic — $20 CAD / year
  • Advanced — $40 CAD / year
Prices are shown in CAD and exclude applicable taxes (HST / GST + PST). Taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout and on renewal according to your billing address.

Kickstarter Backers

Kickstarter backers receive the first year included as part of their reward. On activation the subscription `ExpiryDate` is set to one year from activation; Stripe payment details are not required at activation and are only needed to process renewal charges at expiry.

Reminder notifications will be sent two weeks and one week before expiry. If a renewal charge fails or there is no payment method on file, the subscription will lapse and the effective plan will downgrade to Free.

Receipts & Invoices

Receipts will be issued for successful charges and are available in your account. For manual assistance with billing, contact support via the Contact page.
