See your retirement clearly — then steer toward it.
Most Canadians retire on guesswork because real retirement planning tools were built for advisors, not people. RetirePlan gives you a month-by-month picture of your retirement — one you can trust, update as life changes, and actually bring to your advisor.

The bank says "max your RRSP." That's not a plan.
It's a product pitch. It doesn't tell you how your TFSA fits in, when to start CPP, whether to split income with your spouse, or how OAS clawback affects your withdrawal strategy. Canadians deserve a real plan — built by themselves, verified by an advisor.
RRSP or TFSA first?
The answer depends on your tax rate today vs. in retirement — and it changes every year. RetirePlan models both and shows you the tax difference.
CPP at 60, 65, or 70?
Starting CPP early means less per month for life. Waiting means more — but only if you live long enough. The Insights engine helps you compare the trade-offs and break-even points inside your scenarios.
Spousal income splitting
If one spouse earns more in retirement, splitting pension income can save thousands in tax per year. RetirePlan models this automatically.
OAS clawback territory
High RRIF withdrawals in your 70s can push your income above the OAS Recovery Tax threshold. RetirePlan flags this so you can compare withdrawal strategies more clearly.
Can you afford to retire at 62?
Maybe you can. Maybe one extra year at 64 funds the travelling retirement you actually want. You won't know without running the numbers — and that's exactly what RetirePlan does.
Plans that stay current
Retirement planning isn't once-and-done. Update your plan as life changes and always know where you stand today — not where you planned to be a year ago.
The RetirePlan Method
Built by a Canadian who hit the same wall — a spreadsheet that couldn't model OAS clawback, CPP timing, or spousal income splitting without collapsing under its own complexity.
1. Describe your situation
Enter your contribution limits, tax rate, and estimated CPP. No real names. No account numbers. The engine works at a monthly level — rough numbers are enough to start.
2. Run your scenarios
Model your retirement date, CPP/OAS timing, withdrawal strategy, and spousal income splitting. Duplicate and tweak to compare alternatives side by side.
3. Get your answer
The Insights engine runs up to 47 variations and helps surface strong candidate paths under your assumptions. Bring that plan to your advisor to verify it — instead of starting from scratch.

Your numbers. Our math. Your call.
RetirePlan is a projection engine, not a financial advisor. You stay in control of the assumptions, and where it helps we can start from estimates or defaults that you can override at any time.
You control the inputs
Growth estimates, expected returns, and contribution amounts come from you. For a few fields, we can estimate a starting point, like marginal tax rate from your province and income or common published CPP/OAS amounts if you leave them blank. You can replace any of those with your own numbers at any time.
Almost everything overrides
Monthly contributions, tax estimates, withdrawal rates, vehicle weights — nearly every assumption can be adjusted or overridden at any level of detail.
We don't pick investments
RetirePlan does not recommend stocks, funds, brokers, or advisors. We don't suggest changing your risk tolerance. That's between you and your advisor.
Verify with an advisor
We recommend having a qualified advisor review your plan before acting on it. Arrive at the meeting with a detailed plan worth reviewing — not a blank page.
